Josh Baker

Josh Baker resides in Oak Grove, Missouri, with wife, Erin, and their four children. As the Executive Business Manager for a manufacturing company in the Midwest, he combines his professional expertise with a deep commitment to community service.

His passion for Honduras began at a young age, influenced by his mother, Paulette. At the age of 10, he participated in a life-changing trip to Honduras that ignited his dedication to making a positive impact in the region. This early experience shaped his desire to give back, which he continues to fulfill in multiple ways.

Currently, he serves as an overseer for his church in Blue Springs, where he is actively involved in the construction of a church and community center in two villages in Honduras. Along with his wife, Erin, he has also taken the meaningful step of sponsoring a young boy from one of those villages, furthering his commitment to supporting the community. Recently, in August of 2025, Josh and his mother took another trip together to Honduras, over 30 years after his first trip to the country. He was able to meet
the child his family is sponsoring.

Josh serves on the board to expand his outreach and influence on communities in Honduras, with a focus on creating sustainable growth and fostering connections that can lead to positive change.
